Our Services
Our service brings design, hard landscaping, soft landscaping, lighting and wildlife-conscious choices together, whether you need one focused improvement or a complete garden transformation.

Design before construction
A clear plan helps every later decision. We discuss how the garden should work, inspect levels, drainage and access, then coordinate the layout, hard surfaces, structures and planting. This can range from a straightforward concept to a more detailed garden and planting plan.
Christopher holds an FdSc in Horticulture and combines design knowledge with more than fifteen years of practical landscaping experience. That means planting is selected for the site and construction details are considered while the garden is still on paper.
Hard and soft landscaping
Hard landscaping includes patios, paths, driveways, pergolas, arches, fencing, trellis, raised beds, ponds, decking and garden buildings. The groundwork beneath these features matters: excavation, compacted bases, drainage and edges are planned for the intended use and local conditions.
Soft landscaping gives the garden life and seasonal change. We provide border design, planting plans, tree planting, specialist planting, turf, clearance and renovation. Wildlife projects can include ponds, habitat areas and pollinator planting, while qualified and insured electricians handle garden lighting and related electrical work.
How the work is organised
The first visit is used to understand the problem, priorities and site. We then recommend the appropriate design or construction route and prepare a clear written quote. Agreed work follows a logical order: preparation and drainage, structural features, surfaces, utilities where required, and finally soil improvement, lawns and planting.
Costs depend on scale, access, ground conditions, levels, drainage, materials and optional features. We explain these choices before work begins. If a large scheme needs to be phased, one overall plan can keep each stage coordinated.
Serving Boston, Sutterton, Kirton and Spalding
We are based at Ripple Corner, Broad Lane, Sutterton and work throughout Boston, Kirton, Spalding and nearby villages. Use the area pages for local information, browse the Gallery for examples, or contact Christopher to discuss which service fits your garden.
Homeowners do not need to know the technical answer before getting in touch. A useful enquiry can simply explain what feels difficult: standing water, worn paving, too little privacy, an empty new-build plot or borders that are hard to manage. The site visit lets us identify which combination of design, construction and planting is appropriate, without adding work the garden does not need.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book one service rather than a full redesign?
Yes. Individual patios, driveways, fencing, planting and other focused jobs are welcome alongside complete transformations.
Do you manage both hard and soft landscaping?
Yes. The team completes structural landscaping and surfaces, while Christopher's horticultural background informs soil preparation and planting.
How do you prepare a quote?
We visit the site, discuss the scope and inspect access, levels and ground conditions before providing a clear written quote.
Can the work be phased?
Yes. A coordinated plan can divide a larger project into practical stages without losing the overall design.
