A Boston landscaper who is minutes away

Bespoke Landscape Creations LTD is based at Ripple Corner, Broad Lane, Sutterton — roughly six miles from Boston town centre. Being this close means site visits happen quickly, questions get answered the same day, and we can call in on a job without it costing you travel time. Paving, aggregates, topsoil and bark come from our own Rainbow Landscaping Centre on London Road in Kirton, so Boston projects are not held up waiting for deliveries from outside the county.

Christopher Kent holds an FdSc in Horticulture and has spent more than fifteen years designing and building gardens in South Lincolnshire. He designs every garden himself and our own team builds it, so there is one person responsible from the first conversation to the final planting.

Built for Boston's clay and flat, low-lying ground

Most Boston gardens sit on heavy fen clay with very little natural fall, which is why lawns stay waterlogged through winter and patios laid without enough preparation start to sink or hold puddles. We look at drainage before anything else. Depending on the garden that can mean land drains, a soakaway, permeable paving, raised beds or gently re-grading the ground so water runs where it should.

The open landscape around the Wash also brings strong, drying winds. We choose fencing, posts and hedging that will stand up to it, and planting that copes with clay, full sun and exposure rather than plants that only thrive in a sheltered catalogue photo.

How a Boston project works

It starts with a visit to your garden, where we talk through what you want, measure up and look at the soil, levels and access. You then receive a clear written quote with no obligation. Once you are happy, we agree a start date, build the garden, and finish with planting and aftercare advice so it keeps looking its best.

Frequently asked questions

Are you based in Boston?

We are based at Ripple Corner, Broad Lane, Sutterton, Boston PE20 2ER, about six miles from Boston town centre, and Boston is one of our main working areas.

How much does landscaping cost in Boston?

It depends on the size of the garden and the materials, so we visit first and then give you a fixed written quote with no obligation.

My Boston garden floods in winter. Can you fix it?

Usually, yes. Low-lying Boston gardens on clay often need land drains, a soakaway, better soil structure or re-grading. We assess this on the first visit before recommending anything.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. A single patio, a path, a fence run or a border replant are all welcome alongside full garden transformations.

Where do your materials come from?

Most paving, aggregates, topsoil and bark come from our own Rainbow Landscaping Centre in Kirton, a few minutes from Boston.
